This hotel was definitely not great. There was a large cockroach in my room that would scurry across the wall every time the AC kicked on. When I reported this to the front desk attendant, her response was, it's not a cockroach it's a water bug. Not exactly the response I was looking for. The room smelled musty and was damp. The entryway floor and tabletops were dirty and the washcloths were sort of a grayish off white color. The shower curtain was frayed at the bottom. Recently stayed and had water leaking on the bed from ceiling. Bed spread was soiled and had to change it out ourselves. Hotel was full and they couldn’t relocate us. The toilet seat was broken and front door had to be slammed to shut. Reported to GM Chris who told me he would call back in a couple days, it’s day three and no word. Other complaints but am sure you get the picture. Hotel was not cheap and you have to pay to park.

Family get together at this hotel. It was easy to get from the hotel to anywhere we needed as it was close to a highway, but never heard the traffic noise. As a routine Hampton Inn patron the room was maller with less storage space and less counter space in the bath. Very clean and free parking. The staff was super and they helped us out a couple times with smiles on and focus on resolution of needs dealing with proximity to family.
