Jalissa at the front desk truly exhibited what a customer experience should be. As a diamond member i stay at all of the Hilton brands and by far she is in the top 1% of WOW!!! Jalissa, greeted us right away with a warm smile. Her attitude was amazingly positive the entire time we checked in. She gave great instructions and ask how she could serve us. 오래된 호텔인 것은 맞습니다. 하지만 직원들은 친절하고 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 아침식사때 주방의 직원이 세심하게 관리하고 테이블을 청소하는 것이 정말 인상적이었습니다. 식당과 아침식사가 잘 관리되고 있다는 인상을 받았습니다. 커피도 뜨겁고 신선했습니다.
Dude named Brian at front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had room booked for a couple of days. In the middle of my stay he called my room and said I needed to be out. I explained I had the room booked for another day.. He hung up and never apologized. Will be going somewhere else from now on. Ridiculous
