The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. We like to give staff a break so we opt for no cleaning person. Very respectful.
I have been a Hilton Diamond Member for years and I usually don’t write a review. Housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning the floors. The lobby had a soured mop smell. All floors were dirty. The tile floor in the bathroom in my room was dirty as if mopped with a dirty mop. I could wipe a towel on the floor by the shower and it came up black. The staff was nice and beds were clean and comfortable. They just need to learn how to mop a floor.
