Room had mold everywhere. Bathroom and even on the lamp shade in the room. We checked in late and didn’t notice until the next morning. When we brought it to the attention of the staff they told us we would have to tell Expedia since we booked through Expedia. When I went to Expedia they opened a case and then I was informed thru Expedia that the hotel declined to give us a refund of any kind. Never been more disappointed in a Hampton inn.
We stay at Hampton Inn all the time and this one is the dirtiest one we have ever stayed in. There was food or something on the bed covers so they brought us a new set which we had to make the bed. The doors had dirt and hand prints all over them and the floor was so dirty you could tell it had never been cleaned in a long time. I recommend finding another place to stay.
