I have been a Hilton Diamond Member for years and I usually don’t write a review. Housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning the floors. The lobby had a soured mop smell. All floors were dirty. The tile floor in the bathroom in my room was dirty as if mopped with a dirty mop. I could wipe a towel on the floor by the shower and it came up black. The staff was nice and beds were clean and comfortable. They just need to learn how to mop a floor.
My family & I stayed at this location for 5 nights this past week. We enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were clean & well stocked. The beds were Comfy & We slept great. Breakfast was Hot & Tasty each morning. I love getting to make my own waffle in the mornings. (I need that set up at home haha) Trev is an absolute asset & pleasure to visit with each morning.
