Decent breakfast and clean rooms great location
Had a really great stay here! Awesome location. The lobby seating area is so spacious and plentiful, and staff were all so friendly and even shared some funny stories with us. Such a perfect location with the St Charles streetcar literally just outside + the buses nearby, we used the RTA Jazzy Pass app to get around easily. Easy lyft/uber pickup too since there’s a curved driveway area right at the front doors for easy pickup or drop off. I will recommend this place, overall is a clean place ro stay, very convenient to catch trollies and a lots of restaurants along St. Charles street. Our roll of toilet paper lasted till the morning we were leaving, and they forgot to take a bag of trash left on top of cabinet.
It’s in the garden district on Saint Charles Street but the quality and service are severely lacking. There are way too many hotels in NOLA to pay such a high price for annoyed employees, and dingy rooms.
