My hotel stay was extremely pleasant. Sonia & Doneca front desk representatives delivered impeccable customer service throughout my stay. The entire hotel is beautiful!
We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. The location is awesome — right next to the French Quarter, which made it easy to get around. The front desk recognized me as a Hilton Honors member, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh fruit, and the gym had everything I needed with lots of space to work out. There’s also a nice outdoor pool. Parking is in the garage behind the hotel and costs $40. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness and comfortable beds and air conditioner was cold. Breakfast was buffet and delicious. Healthy option such as oatmeal, yogurt and fruit. No complaints.
