Very nice staff, clean. Good breakfast. The room was constantly cycling cold then warm and a really thick comforter made it not a great sleep experience. Slept really well at a spark the night before.
Overall our stay was great. But what really made the difference was Ireland, the young lady at the front desk. She made the experience top tier. She had helpful recommendations for things to do nearby. She took the extra time to make sure we were taken care of. I feel most employees at a front desk want to get you out of their way and don’t really want to talk or genuinely answer questions.
