After calling Hilton and having them reach out to the hotel, the Owner did make an exception to their policy and allowed me to have a key to enter my room. This is appreciated.
Do not stay here… staff are instructed to get your information because they are afraid you a their… they assume your up to no good!
The staff at this hotel are friendly and welcoming. I have to say my kids and I really enjoyed breakfast each morning. The ladies were so kind and you can tell they really put in effort by the presentation.
Very clean. And the folks who work there are so friendly. Great breakfast too.
