This is a beautiful place and the people are very nice...BUT..I rented a room for 2 days and 2 nights and today on Wednesday .. at 9:14 a.m. somebody banging on my door so hard..so I went to the door it was the cleaning ladies out in the hallway my checkout time 11:00 a.m. so I went to the front desk and let them know and I left . P.s. I'm sorry but when I open the door and my stuff is on the floor by the outside of the door you can see the cleaning lady cart there you can see the cleaning cart waiting for me
Entire front desk staff, including the manager, are all very happy, helpful, kind & accommodating. There isn't a turnover of employees as my housekeeper has been there for 25 yrs. Other staff 12 yrs, etc. Cook at brkfst is wonderful. Only thing, my room was damp & Chief Engineer brought in a dehumidifier & resolved everything. I feel like the staff are like my friends.
