If I could leave no stars I would. Rooms are so dirty, AC doesn’t work. Our floors were wet from moisture from AC being out. There was mold in our room, used Q-tips left on couch, hair and crumbs all over the floor, fresh stains from couch not being cleaned. Switched rooms 3 times and all the same issues!
Not worth the price if you compare with their competitors Not clean and smells bad. Definitely I will not stay there again
I am so disgusted with my stay here however I’m leaving a review to give them credit to their staff that was beyond accommodating for the actual situation. Management and ownership should be under consideration because of our stay and the fact they’re allowing people to stay on floors undergoing remediation. We left FTL fairly late so checked in at 1am after getting off our jobs (checked out by 7am). Walking to the ice machine heard loud fans and realized half of the floor was undergoing remediation.
