We were booked into a double room initially. The blinds wouldn't stay open and the shower didnt drain. Changed rooms and upgraded to a suite....100x better. Had we booked this room first, I would have given 5 stars. Its worth the upgrade.
TERRIBLE hotel. Don't stay here. Waste of money. No service. Rooms are smelly, dirty and the AC broke and it was wet all over the room and they did nothing to fix it.
My family and I arrived on Aug 4 and was given room 305. The first complaint was the room door was very hard to push and pull, and the second complaint was the room phone not working. Alexander did send the maintenance guy to adjust the hinge on the door, but the guy inspected the phone, stated he will return and never did. We had a 3 night stay and could not call the front desk because of the none working phone. I also didn't like that for the 3 nights we were there I couldn't get the bed sheets changed.
