Great stay - Kelli at the front desk was a big help!
Trash they charged 2x for each room, one flooded through the walls at midnight and we had to move rooms , another didn’t have proper bedding, asked for late check out (hour past time of normal check out) they had a MAJOR issue with that , then still knocked on my door at 1030 and called the room at 830/9 am one morning , the general manager is super unprofessional and don’t care about her guests , front desk staff friendly , wouldn’t recommend, go somewhere else
Kelli was amazing. She was prompt, polite and professional. I will be staying here again and the staff and hotel was amazing.
