Rooms are nice, but nothing special. I travel for work staying in best westerns between 25 to 30 nights a year. This room was just a bit better than 95% of those. But what I've only seen at a few best westerns is wifi upgrades / upsells. It's beyond frustrating that at this Hampton inn the free wifi is unusable, because it's just that slow like 20 minutes to download a 1 gb app. The room was paid for, the wifi equipment is there already there, so they're just nickel and dimeing you, to the tune of $5 a day. Like the new rooms
Nice room and location.
Water doesn't work. Staff unreliable, not interested. Said maintenace nit in until about 9am next daw.Shut off 1/2 way through shower with soap all over. Later came on but water pressure varied during shower. Loud screeching should from water system. Not offered another room or any resolution. Hilton Hinors notified. Have Never encountered such a Terrible Hilton property anywhere, ever. Don't waste your night on a terrible stay here.
