My fiancé and I were stuck in Muscatine aftet our car broke down. Everyone made our experience so much better. The staff was so nice and the rooms were clean.
Saw multiple bugs in my room and then woke up with a super red and itchy bite. I've dealt with bed bugs in the past and this is exactly the same. Other reviews call them out for this et they continue to rent out the rooms. They know they have the problem and let people risk staying. Tossing my clothes and bags.
Room furnishings are tired, worn and stained. Bed appeared clean and so did the bathroom. Staff was ok, seemed rushed but hospitality is a difficult business. Overall I will not stay here again when coming through Muscatine.
