We had a nice stay at the hotel overall and would give it 4 stars. There was construction next to the hotel during our visit, which did interfere somewhat with the hotel parking and was a little inconvenient. The halls and our room smelled fresh and clean, which was a nice touch and made the hotel feel welcoming. The breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. I forgot all about southern hospitality until I returned to lake county. This place is staffed with wonderful people!
Mara had amazing customer service at the continental breakfast. She was wonderful and I would return again because of her friendly helpful personality. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Easy access to hotel from main road. Pleasant receptionist as well. Pool was clean.
