Hampton Inn on the outside but definitely not on the inside. We did a digital check in like we normally do. However once we got up to the room, our key did not work. So of course we had to go back down to the lobby. We were told “ digital keys don’t work here” That would have been nice to know in advance. The big issue that I had was with the water. I travel for work and I stay here all the time. I can always count on a friendly welcoming staff, a great night sleep and a hot breakfast and they never forget to wish me safe travels upon my departure...I highly recommend staying here.
Kenisa was the BEST front desk lady we could have asked for. She was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable- had the best dinner recommendations. Could not have asked for a better front desk experience.
I have stayed at many Hampton Inns across the US and this was the worst ever for cleanliness. Very disappointing.
This is the lowest point in our Hilton membership. We stayed Aug 29-30, 2025, tired, and we booked through our Hilton app while on the road. We would like to say something nice, but there was not a single item which was on par, or best practice. Check in was disdainful, no standard welcome snack, nuts, or water for Gold members (I needed to pay $2.50 for water).
