A great experience from start to finish. Clean rooms and friendly service. A Cracker Barrel restaurant is conveniently located across the parking lot.
Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. I have never been a fan of the barn door for the bathroom. Its just a personal choice. Very freindly and helpful staff. The included breakfast was very good with varied items. Very close to the freeway and the Great Smokey Mountain event center. The parking was a little sparce. They are currently doing a remodel and several spots are taken up by shipping containers. I would definitely stay here again
Clean quiet room close to hoghwas not hearing highway noise
Rooms are always clean and comfortable even though it is pet friendly.
What a nice hotel. The front desk people were super friendly and the hotel was very clean. The pool and the hot tub were in good working order. Our room was updated and very clean. The location was quite and the breakfast was good. The breakfast area was immaculate and very well organized. Brea at the front desk was great and Joey in the breakfast room did a great job. Will stay here again if back in the area.
