HOTEL MAINTENANCE GUY BROKE INTO MY ROOM at 7am while I was sleeping. I had BOTH the security flip latch and the deadbolt enabled and he BYPASSED BOTH LOCKS. WOKE UP TO HIM INSIDE MY ROOM. Front desk manager just kept saying it was an accident and didn’t truly seem the significance of what could have potentially happened. VERY UNSAFE interaction with this hotel.
Went for a business trip. Staff is great
