My wife and I stayed 2 nights at Hampton Inn Morristown TN in July 2025. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was really good. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The shower has a heavy sliding glass door and the dispensers of soap, shampoo and lotion were a nice touch. All good stuff. Great hotel. Super clean and friendly staff. Big shout out to Tom and Kristen for making our last minute stay the most comfortable! Nice pool and great breakfast. Highly recommend
Rooms look old and smell old. Only drinks are in vending machines on your floor if they are working. Ice doesn’t work. Canceled after one night. Going somewhere else. No dumbbells or bench in the weight room.
They need to use pure vinegar when they carpet clean and have fan on in the hallway at night. Aside from the moldy carpet everything else is great.
