I was left without a hotel at 11 PM. After traveling to the area, I arrived to find that the hotel had canceled my reservation, leaving me scrambling to find somewhere to stay at 11 PM. What makes this even more frustrating is that my travel agency had already contacted the hotel by both phone and email to inform them that I was traveling to the property and would be arriving. The pool was closed for the week due to painting. The staff were extremely nice n running everything in order well!
The hotel is nice and the breakfast was great! However, first morning one of the staff had family there eating breakfast and it was a little inconsiderate/intrusive of the guest wanting a relaxing peaceful breakfast. They were a little slow at clearing some of the tables due to fixing hot chocolate for the child. On check out day we had house keeping come to our room at 10:50 check out is at 11 and we were finishing up gathering our things but still had 10 mins. They may have been having an off. Weekend been here many times usually very clean and pleasant staff. The staff was pleasant, but the night girl was clueless. Wasn't much help to other customers. And there were some rowdy guests while we were there. This weekend, but normally it's that bad
