Just spent 5 nights here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a relaxing, quiet stay here. Patricia at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating - providing us with all the things we needed and requested. She truly went over and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The breakfast food was warm and adequate. Only about 10 min from all the downtown activities too. All around, the staff and stay was wonderful. Highly recommended.

On the lower end of the Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The breakfast was on an ok omelette, potatoes, sausage one day followed by terrible scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes the next day rotation, rinse and repeat. Rooms were same as usual, only one elevator was a nuisance but not terrible. The diamond member parking was a joke, you either open your door into a bush or a concrete column. Also, the AC in the room resets no matter what you put it at, so you get to come back to a 74 degree room after being in the heat all day.

Rooms were clean and decent size. We asked for a crib and my baby refused to sleep in it because the “mattress” was literally a piece of hard plastic with no padding (pack n play off brand). Had to buy a graco pack n play and ending up leaving it there so hopefully the next family doesn’t have that issue. Breakfast was typical for hotels so we weren’t interested. Good location—quick drive to most spots without being in the crowded areas.

Had a great experience at this hotel. The check-in was warm and pleasant. It’s an older property but is well maintained. The room was clean and had plenty of towels so you don’t have to request additional after a long day of driving. It’s centrally located to Cannery Row, Ocean Avenue and other popular attractions. Will book again.
