I tried to get ahold of a manager to report my experience, rather than post a review, but got routed to a super 8 front desk. I called to check into a reservation and my call was answered by "Brent". He asked me how many beds, date, name and then billing address. Before I gave my address, I said I had a couple questions before I booked, and the line went dead.
