Everything was just as expected, I couldn't have asked for more
I was disappointed with my recent stay at this Hampton Inn. Housekeeping was only provided if specifically requested—which we were not made aware of at check-in. Even when we did request service, the room was not always properly cleaned. On one occasion, new towels were dropped off, but the old ones were left in the bathtub, and the room was not made up at all. Additionally, we were charged $10 per night for parking, which felt unreasonable for a suburban location like Eagan, where parking is plentiful and not in high demand... read more
This hotel was not the worst I've stayed at but definitely not stellar. When we got into our hotel room it smelled like pee and was stagnant. There was also an empty drink bottle on the floor by the bed and a public hair in the sheets. The AC did work fine but the room and shower was grungy. We did appreciate the shuttle service to the hotel the next day, but then they didn't pick us up on time because the driver did not have the updated list of traveler times from the front desk which was frustrating and he had to help othe... read more
The rooms are clean, but smaller than I expected. We checked in late, and no one seemed to be at the front counter. It was clear that the worker was resting in the back office after I said, "excuse me." It was also strange that they had two rooms booked for my one reservation. Not sure why, but it was resolved without issue, just something unexpected The staff are friendly and the breakfast is satisfying.
