Definitely not on brand with Hilton/Hampton Inn properties. Chipped paint, crazy shower, super old furniture, felt dirty and run down. Breakfast ok, pool nice, location great. Fitness center awful, half the cardio machines have broken resistance, less than basic, hot and smells like BO. It desperately needs a reno.

The check in was good and room was nice we got to the airport and the shuttle guy was kind, after that it was not great at all worst hotel experience of my life, we got out of the airport after vacation and was sitting there trying to call the front desk for over an hour and no one picked up, we then tried customer service and they couldn't even get a hold of them we ended up buying a taxi and when we got to the hotel the front desk lady was trying her best to be calm about it saying it never rang but never tried solving the... read more

Room was okay, clean, other than upon arrival there was garbage behind the curtain on the window area. We're not sure why the maids didn't open the curtains for the windows upon cleaning to see this? Walking into the room there was a not so pleasant odor, almost stale, like someone hadn't been in there in awhile... but they had said our room was just cleaned and now ready?! The hotel is dated, and the condition of the rooms is questionable. I had to be moved multiple times during my stay due to a malfunctioning room door and unacceptable room conditions. While I appreciate the front desk employee on June 23 for his patience and professionalism in resolving the situation he inherited, the overall experience was frustrating. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standard I expect from a Hilton property.
