To be honest, I don’t know why people are saying this place is dirty. Place is absolutely spotless. The rooms are beautiful and the front desk staff are amazing ! People gotta realize that this Isn’t the Ritz Carlton. This is a midgrade hotel chain! Definitely if you’re in the Milwaukee area highly recommend staying here!
Great spot to rest up for the night, the breakfast had enough choices to suit the kids.
The Hotel is very dirty. The staff does not attempt to do the least amount of cleaning in the common areas. The air conditioner I our room is very loud and won’t adjust temperature even after having a HVAC technician check it out. Breakfast is awful. TERRIBLE!!!! The whole hotel needs to be renovated. Very gross place to stay. Corporate Hampton Bay should be ashamed to have this place open.
