Very bad service. Front desk not helpful at all. Claimed manager not available on weekend.
Nice hotel in a nice location. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. They come with a fridge and microwave. The most unpleasant thing about the stay was the loud noise for hours due to construction I wasn't aware of. Had I known about it, I would have chosen somewhere else to stay. We got in shortly after 11pm after a long flight and then drove from San Francisco. We checked in and got our room on the 1st floor. We went to our room and opened the door and the room had not been cleaned and the beds were in disarray. I went back to the desk and let him know it hadn’t been cleaned. He then gave me a room on the 4th floor. I asked if there were any other rooms available and he said No. So we went on up to our room on the 4th floor. Alex was awesome in helping with anything we needed and was beyond professional and nice this Hampton is my favorite and truly the best
Clean rooms, pleasant and welcoming front desk staff, and a convenient location near freeways, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great place to stay and I would stay here again.
