We've stayed at hampton inn in Milford delaware several times now and have used this facility in search of a home in milford. Our stays here have been met with exceptionally kind and friendly people. Brenda is an exceptional front office greater and will above and beyond to be helpful in anyway she can to make your stay comfortable. Brenda deserves a mention. She sends the emails, handles the calls, and was the one that checked us in. SUPER nice lady and clearly running this place like clockwork ALONE! We booked before Thanksgiving as a place to stick the almost adult kids while we stayed 10 minutes away with family. We enjoyed our adult time and they got to think they were fancy. Great stay. Kids were happy. We were happy. Thanks Brenda!
First, I want to say Brenda was so kind, helpful and understanding. I was in a bit of a bind and having a very bad day. Her wonderful customer service and kind gestures really help to turn a bad day better. As far as the Inn....Excellent service, excellent rooms and excellent price. You won't regret staying here.
