Room was perfectly clean and smelled great, no harsh substances or anything. Very spacious. The only issue for me was I had requested a late checkout at checkin, (I work nights at hospitals) and the housekeeper began knocking on my door very loudly at 9am and front desk would not answer the phone all day.

I am not sure what to say about this place other than it was TERRIBLE! My husband, daughter, and myself were traveling for over eleven hours so we decided to stop and rest for the night. We chose Hampton Inn because of the brand as we wanted to ensure some amount of "quality." We checked in... drove around to find parking, went to our room which was on the ground floor as we requested. As we opened the e door we were greeted with a rather moldy smell. This is the worst Hilton I have ever been in. The king sized bed room has just enough room for the bed and our pack and play crib and that’s about it. It needs to be renovated and rooms combined. I don’t understand how Hilton can charge so much and lie about “newly renovated” and get away with it.
