The rooms, staff, and service were all top-notch. We specifically selected this hotel because we were told it was pet friendly, and they were very friendly to our pet (a mini schnauzer). The staff were all so kind and welcomed him with a goody bag and loved on him. They were very sweet to him and us. However, I did not know that there was a pet fee of $50 until the final bill was emailed to me. I think this needs to be made clearer on the website - it should read pets allowed WITH A FEE. First, the pros--as previous reviews mention: the customer service is top notch; the facilities are clean; and the hot breakfast is good (if you have food allergies or special diets fresh fruit is probably your only option though). Our hotel experience was great! The rooms were clean and nice. Customer service is great!! Very accommodating and friendly front desk! They specialize in late checkout and don't give you any issues
