Excellent!
Large modern room and bathroom. TV remote worked intermittent making the TV unusable when wanted most! Barn door on bathroom was a nice design idea, but not very practical in real life. Surface cleaning was OK, deep clean was a fail, including stained mattress topper side. Front desk was generally AWOL and the phone was never answered when needed!
Stayed at this hampton inn and enjoyed my room but had a negative experience with the general manager. When asked about the cancelation of my room she sounded like she was troubled to help me with my situation. Unfortunately I will not consider to stay at this specifc hotel in the near future. I would rather stay at an IHG next time.
