We've stayed at this Hampton about 20 times and won't stay anywhere else in Midland. Its nothing fancy, but the entire facility is clean, check in/out process is easy, breakfast is on par, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel, kind of off the beaten path. Odd set up, I thought of their parking lot versus the entrance. Very few parking spaces in the area of their lot... the bigger parking options were on the side of the building, away from the front desk. Enjoyed the stay...
The staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was nice & breakfast in the morning was very very good. Housekeeping also did a great job. For me the small things went a long way and pushed this stay to five stars. They had a “to go breakfast bag” so that if you’re rushing out the door you can still take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Also anything you needed- bottled waters, toiletries, medicine, and snacks were available at the front desk (some of which was complimentary).
