Rooms have always been clean. Recently upgraded rooms are extra nice. I've been staying here for work trips for 3 years now with zero complaints.
Front desk staff was rude. Very unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. Construction/renovations “please pardon our dust” caused severe allergy symptoms for many in our group. No one was notified of renovations or we would’ve made reservations elsewhere months ago. Had the staff been professional or even kind I would rate it two stars. Not staying here again. Unfortunately reservations were made months ago and all area hotels are booked - and Hampton/hilton hotels are usually good. Midland Hampton needs to up their game. ... read more
It’s a three star hotel and that shows. Decor is old. Hall carpets are stained. Breakfast was dismal (the ONLY fruit they had was an apple). Room was clean.
