Everyone is very nice and clean.
Make sure you read your reservation email. You WILL get charged if you do not cancel 21 days in advance from your reservation. Very sad ! We canceled our reservation a week in advance due to illness, still charged the fee. Just be aware!!
Customer service is the worst and to its lowest level I will never come back
When we checked into the room which we were staying at for the next 7 days. Stated to put stuff away and in the corner there appeared to vomit possibly from a dog. When staff came they did clean it up but you would of thought they would of offered a different room or some type of compensation or something. There was a super cold wind that came in under the heater/ac unit. We ended up planning pillows to block the air as nothing was ever done correct issues. Good thing I brought my electric blanket.
