The staff were honestly terrible at customer service, and had a lack of critical thinking. I have worked three years doing front desk at a hotel, and have never seen someone be so clueless about how to treat guests and sticky situations. By the way, when a guest says “next to each other” on a reservation, the smart thing to do it put them next to each other and not across the hall! Rooms are outdated, beds in some rooms are like boards, elevator is wonky, but the young lady at the front desk is kind and trying her best to accommodate. Likely not using Hampton again.
Nice location, close to Panera and Olive Garden. Good service. The room and facilities are a bit old. But they are in the process of renovation.
