Book a wheelchair room and it is the smallest room I’ve ever had in any hotel and they felt it was OK to charge me $369 for it. Does that mean I have to pay extra for the small cramped room that I can’t get around in The room smell like burnt popcorn had to get some Febreze The bathroom floor is slimy as something on it. I will not be coming back and makes me rethink my whole Hilton experience after being treated this way.
I didn't like my stay at this hotel. The room smelled very stale. I had to go to Walmart and buy 3 scented candles and a can of air freshener to make it through the night. I was going to stay another day but checked out early. I had a similar issue with the Courtyard right next door.
Nice firm mattress, quiet room, friendly staff. No bathroom amenities or walk in shower. Tub felt unsafe, only one grab bar near shower head. Bistro is light on menu options.
Breakfast was complimentary and very good food and selection very happy
