We usually book a room with two queen beds when we travel. During the night, my husband rolled over and felt something damp on the bed. Turns out someone had urinated in the bed and the sheets had not been changed. Beyond disgusting. We checked out and left before 5:00 a.m. The front desk clerk said we’d be hearing from the manager. Surprise! He didn’t call, so we called him the next day. His solution was to offer a 20% discount on the room. That’s “all I can do.” Really??
Nice and quiet
While there is a NO smoking sign posted next to the front entrance, multiple Workers and guests smoke right next to the front door leaving the entire area smelling like a cigarette. What definitely does not help that the ashtray is also right next to the front door. The area is in a quiet location, however it is right next to the interstate.
