A good clean, quality 3 star hotel. It is older, But clean.
Staff was nice. Room was super clean and the breakfast was better than expected. So much variety and options to choose from. Highly recommend.
I was told room had tub/shower combo but just a shower. I told the lady I wanted a tub. Then my service animal, they wanted me to fill out a pet form and hang a pet tag on the door. That is illegal and I told the desk agent. I refused to hang a tag on my door. It isn't a pet.
La habitación estaba realmente limpia y olía muy bien, aunque tenia algunos detalles el baño, la regadera no funcionaba perfecto pero pudimos darnos una ducha rápido, la manija de la puerta estaba rota aunque todavia funcional. Sábanas limpias y toallas suficientes para secarnos despues de la ducha. El servicio muy bueno las personas son amables y el lugar muy tranquilo con esepcion de una familia con niños demasiados ruidosos en el piso de arriba. Obtuvimos un buen desayuno tranquilo.
Clean facility. Amicable, professional night desk attendant. Paperwork for our service animal was a bit intrusive. I understand asking for a specific task, but having to write it out was a bit much. My husband told the desk attendant that he wasn’t writing out her tasks, and that no other Hilton brand hotel asked for that much written information.
