The outside stairs are filthy, but everything was fine.
We stayed there one night and would never go back, even if it was free. The rooms were dirty and looked more like a $50 motel than a $150/night hotel. The first room we received was clearly unclean and in disrepair, but we were all exhausted so we just wanted to make the best of it. Rooms need some work. Staff needs a course on customer service. This location is priced too high for the shape it is in. Corporate Hilton Standards Team needs to review the location quickly. Lots of issues that do not meet Hampton Inn/Hilton Property standards.
