Poor services. The breakfast was not much to desire. Room smells like wet carpet. Came back at night. No room service done, no clean towels, and calling front desk is a waste of time. no one picks up. Had to walk there to find someone to give me towels.
Room was ok needs updating. Location can be a little confusing getting out
We have been staying at this Hampton once a month for about a year. We love it. The breakfast is standard. The rooms are neat and tidy. We have had a couple of glitches, but the staff has resolved those right away. Recently my husband left his wallet in the room. The staff called to let me know they found it and the manager FedEx-ed it to us, with the cash still in it. We adore this hotel and will continue to visit on our monthly trips.
Our family stayed here for a night and it was great! The rooms were very clean, the staff members we interacted with were all kind & helpful and breakfast had options that everyone liked. I was initially concerned it would be loud bc of the proximity to the highway but even with 4th of July fireworks happening around us, our room was really quiet. The AC was excellent. The pool could use an upgrade but that wasn’t our priority.
