In town for a couple days to see some local sites, rooms go fast so we booked here a day ahead. Totally surprised how nice and clean it is. Room is spacious and well laid out. Barn door covers the restroom located as you walk in the room. Similar to many hotels, complimentary soap and shampoo and plenty of towels. Bed was actually comfortable, not lumpy or worn out with dips from years of use. Great location, near a great Mexican restaurant the front desk suggested, and easy in and out. Upon arrival, the hotel provided a different room type than what was booked, a king bed room instead of the reserved two queen beds, citing overbooking. This change was not communicated prior to check-in. This deviation from the confirmed booking caused significant inconvenience, especially because there was no prior notification . After contacting Expedia, they were able to find another hotel for us.

I really like these Hampton Inn hotels. I find that they are all very nice and well taken care of. I'm glad that they offer a premium internet package which worked well for us. The breakfast is also great and probably one of the best hotel breakfasts there are. Just a couple of notes to the designers and creators of the hotels: the barn doors that cover the bathrooms can be a little awkward considering you can't lock the door. Great Hampton Inn! Breakfast quality excellent with hot and cold options. Indoor pool clean and relaxing. Rooms modern with good amenities.
