Bulbs out in room and in lobby. Breakfast was very low budget. Did not have hand soap for the restroom in our room. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Bugs in pool you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned recently.
Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here, especially if you're a Hilton Honors member and you're used to having basic amenities available to you. They only offered water to their top-tier members. They don't offer toothpaste or anything like that. Cleanliness of the rooms is just OK.
This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. This hotel is Very dirty in general, room was filthy with outdated furniture, popcorn ceilings, and I don’t feel safe at all. I am a HH Diamond member for the 6th consecutive year and stay at Hiltons 80-100 nights per year and this property is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at.
