Reservation Not Honored I booked a room at Hampton Inn Southwind, Memphis through Booking.com about a month in advance. I received a confirmed reservation number and today was supposed to check in. Upon arrival, the front desk staff claimed they could not find my reservation in their system, even after I provided the confirmed booking number and all personal details. Hotel staff is the best around.
Was a very good stay everything was excellent the only problem was the manager very rude harassing me by calling my room while i was in the middle of working my remote job about a $100 incidental fee which was wild because it’s no snacks or anything included in the room she was very very rude slammed my key cards down and also cancelled my extension stay and told me to get out and that she owns the hotel and i need to find somewhere else to go i tried to ask for her name and all she stated was it’s “Daffeny”
The overall premises are in such decay. Hallways smell like pot and look dirty and in bad conditions. Same for rooms, reception, etc that I decided to leave. I didn’t spend the night there… I slept in my car
