From Staff walk-ins, broken appliances, and incompetent employees. This hotel has it all. Service: Don’t arrive early. They will tell you they can’t provide early check-in if it was fully booked the evening prior and rooms won’t be clean until 3pm. Yet, at 3pm, magically at least four rooms became clean and ready for check-in. See what I mean? Why not just say it’s your policy or that we won’t even look into it until 3pm. What is Offered: No TV. If there is any chance you might want to casually watch television during your stay here, then I highly recommend not choosing this location. Many reviews suggest this is an on going issue and management is aware yet choose to not fix the issue. My experience is being told to manually push “02” to bring up guide then scroll through the channels. Great service from Rochelle at the front desk and every employee we saw in the building. They were all friendly , kind and willing to help. Thank you for your great service!!! Unfortunately this hotel is getting older and will need some TLC in the near future. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, enjoyed the safe surroundings but just be warned that it is a older hotel in the Hilton brand. Very close to many restaurants and stores, within walking distance.
