The room of eternal stench… My rooms air unit reeked of urine and the furniture and carpeting was stained. The entire room smelled horrible and should have never been turned over by the maintenance team. I had to book another room at a much higher cost due to this incident with no other option other than they could spray the room with air freshener. Thanks, that will make me sleep easy. If Hilton cared, they would have given me the room at the other Hilton property for the same rate as the one that was canceled. This propert... read more

I FIRST NEED TO APOLOGIZE FOR MY OTHER REVIEW, I PLACED A REVIEW ON THE WRONG HAMPTON INN: I honestly don't know where to start with this one...when we arrived the lady at the front desk was very pleasant but nothing went right since that moment. We checked into a lower level room but we were told that the 5th floor was our room. When we stepped off the floor from the elevator, the whole floor stunk of wet dog and dog urine. The staff were great and kept good hot teas and coffee stocked. The breakfast was very good. There was a variety each day. The room i was staying had a bad window covering that let in light all night. The ice machine on my floor was out of order but all other machines were working. Overall i would definitely stay here for the hot tea and breakfast. Gym was ok and location was convenient. Nice place to stay if you are in the area.
