We’re Hilton reward members and usually stay at Hilton properties because of the consistency and quality, so we had high expectations coming in. The staff here was excellent—welcoming, friendly, and really the highlight of our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, which we truly appreciated. Room feels damp so I bought a Damp Aid from the dollar store to help. One reason I picked this place is available guest laundry. Both washer and dryer were down and instead of helping me, they send me to the ONLY 24 hour laundry mat within 20 mins and it takes my money. Beyond frustrated at this point!
Not bad location to shops and good nights rest. Breakfast bar could use improvements, food was bland, no cheese, hard bread and tasted extremely warmed up but not cooked. Thanks again.
