I'm a repeat guest of this Hampton Inn staying here a couple times each year on business. Additionally I spend 100+ nights per year in all Hilton Brands/Diamond status. I have no issues with any staff I interacted with. All were friendly and professional. Breakfast was also a good experience. However the issues with the room will make me never stay at this property again. Room #516: Window treatments totally broken. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR CARD INFO!!! I walked into this location, having looked at many other options hoping to find a place that takes cash. While they did not, the guy behind the counter suggested I try on my card and pay an overdraft fee. This was acceptable at the time, I had walked around the city for hours and was tired. Of course however, " I'm sorry, the room fee worked, but not the security deposit." Let me preface this with the fact that we normally stay at Hampton Inn or Hilton properties and are diamond members.. This was a Horrible experience!!! Would not recommend staying here... we arrived on our floor and there was a horrendous smell as soon as we got off the elevator. We noticed each of the 4 days of our reservation. On the way to our room, there were bleach marks up and down the carpet. Once in the room, it was hot, humid, and musty. The bathroom was disgusting.
