Absolute horrible customer service. Manager will out right laugh at you with any problems that is, is you can get ahold of him. Front desk staff gives misinformation. Absolute horrible experience at this place. Much nicer hotels in the area then this place.
This is the worst and most disrespectful service and attitide I have dealt with in years. They charged the government card for one night violating a cancelation policy. Additionally, they would not connect me to a manager and would not answer my phone calls whole day and when they dod they gave me a rum around. Very unprofessional staff. I am elevating the issue to the next level. Unacceptable.
We usually use a 3rd party app but this time we decided to use the HILTON website to search for a property. We signed up and booked the room at this property. We love @HILTON for the smiles, helpfulness and willingness to insure one's stay is a good experience. We arrived a bit early, (and being the first Hampton Inn we have stayed at) I walked in, no one was at the desk, I started looking around and a lady came out and said "Can I help you find something?" and I said we had reservations and I wanted to look around.
