Was clean and staff was very informative and helpful.
Christina the manager was very rude and nasty when I reached out to her at checkout to see if we could be comped for a non working TV our first night. I was very disappointed with how she treated me and then the nerve to say God bless you when I pointed out her rudeness and low customer service skills. Christina's attitude seems to show the hotel is out to make money not give you the hospitable service you deserve when you spend your hard working money, but to make money off you instead.
