Complete Disaster of a Stay Stayed here as part of a Tour package arranged by Europamundo. This hotel wasn’t even close to a 3-star standard; in fact, calling it a 2-star would be generous. Despite reaching the property by 2 PM (with check-in time at 3 PM), the front desk made us wait until 4 PM to get a room, and that too only after repeated reminders and arguments. Extremely bad value for money. This hotel is dated… Room smelt of mold and our bathroom door was swollen from the humidity in the room. Windows hardly open... Great location just overpriced hotel Breakfast waffle staff was great and always ready to help 🙏👌
Excellent hotel in a great location. Close from Time Square and the Theatre District. Quiet at night (but the noise from the streets mightve been canceled out with the a/c noise in the room). Clean room, quick service. We didn't eat breakfast there, but the selections seemed really great just like other Hampton Inn hotels I've stayed at. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the elevator service.
