I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square South! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Times Square, Broadway, and multiple subway lines, making it perfect for exploring the city. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The professionalism and expertise of the front desk staff exceeded all expectations,I had prior to checking into this property. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge they all had of the area and the willingness to help any and all guests with their needs. Fran and Zay are definitely tremendous assets to The company and I am so very thankful to them for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Complete Disaster of a Stay Stayed here as part of a Tour package arranged by Europamundo. This hotel wasn’t even close to a 3-star standard; in fact, calling it a 2-star would be generous. Despite reaching the property by 2 PM (with check-in time at 3 PM), the front desk made us wait until 4 PM to get a room, and that too only after repeated reminders and arguments.
