Hotel was right off the highway and right outside downtown Manchester. Easy to get into the downtown area. Hotel looks like it was either recently renovated or new. Our room, a suite, was huge and had two very large TVs and an amazing set up overall. The TVs had some streaming services built in that you could sign in to and they would automatically log you out after you checked out. The rooms are okay, but they didn't want to help us when we asked to leave our car for a longer time, even though the parking lot was huge and almost empty at the end of January. So the team is not very nice and the hotel is next to a big electrical substation, which is not very inviting. Ordinary breakfast.
One of the biggest perks of diamond is late check out (as applicable of-course). As most people would agree, late check out can be a huge help when making travel arrangements. Well, I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s never even been entertained. Front desk always tells me 12pm is the best they can do. It always feels scripted. I emailed the manager and no response. It’s sad because it’s truly a nicely renovated Hampton inn, but this hotel has pushed me towards Marriott. HHonors is useless.
Convenient to Manchester & Goffstown. Ample parking. Not very walkable but plenty of food delivery options. Good housekeeping service.
The rooms are very modern and clean. They provide more than enough towels and the water gets hot very fast. They also have a snack and drink collection in the lobby if you would need it. Located very close to downtown Manchester. The staff are very kind and understanding. I would recomend for anyone staying in the area.
