Had a bad experience with Sarah the front desk manager. She was rude and very confrontational about me using the restroom and making some tea while charging my Tesla. She raised her voice when I told her she would be reported to management .
Very nice room although there was a lot of gaps around the door to inside hallway. Lots of eating places nearby and close to the interstate. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We'll probably stay here again.
Great spot in Madison to charge Tesla. Broken charger was fixed fast and professionally.
