We booked our reservation 3 months in advance. They emailed us 2 hours before check in on the day of and cancelled us last minute because they said they overbooked. When I called the hotel to verify, the staff was rude. Very disappointed in their service.
Overall great place, I really enjoyed the kind hospitality. The breakfast was just immaculate. From the warm hot waffles, to the freshly toasted bagels, they couldn’t miss. I would highly recommend to anyone who is just looking for an overall great experience. Will definitely be booking again.
Not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The water in the shower also wouldn’t get hot. Not sure if that was just the night I stayed there or every night but no hot water is rough.
Check all appliances before unpacking we had TV and Refrigerator issues and bathroom door wouldn't close all the way
