Front desk lady was very nice. The floor we were on was under construction and the room was dirty. Pillow was thrown on the bed knocked over the floor wasn't vacuumed. The comforter had a black stain on it.
I'm a huge fan of Hamptons because they have always been clean and I've stayed in at least 20 different ones. This one just didn't live up to the usual Hampton name. Room is pseudo clean and no matter how cold I made it it always seemed a bit humid in the room.
