Dernier séjour très décevant. L'hôtel à été rénové , salle de petit-déjeuner, salle de sport. Le personel du petit-déjeuner est efficace. Les chambres sont grandes, assez bien insonorisée et correctement équipées. Quelques problèmes de pression d'eau dans la douche parfois. Mais le gros problème devient le service en chambre, le "housekeeping" . -Pas de gel douche pendant 2 jours = obligé de descendre au front desk. -Pas de vidage de poubelles = front me dit "oui c'est noté fait " ...bien non, je reviens du travail. The stay was good besides one customer service that had a problem with us playing music in the back patio area very low. On the other hand Ray was top notch. But the there was the night before I left my car got broken into just to find out that the parking lot has no cameras and this is a common thing at this location.

Got "walked" to this hotel. Location to where we wanted to be was not ideal. Upon arrival we were charged for "walk" and front desk was not helpful in trying to help make it right. First room we got into had ants so we got moved to a smaller room with not the bed setup we requested with a dirty floor that our shoes stuck to the floor. Helpful Hiltons in Louisville does not exist. This is how they treat diamond members I would hate to see how they treat regular guests. Hopefully better but I highly doubt it
