Three kids 8-10 yrs old were playing outside our hotel door (as they did the day before, multiple hotel guest passed us made conversation, the boys moved immediately out of anyone’s way and kept voices at a minimum) the manager was in the hallway and told them they needed to leave back to their rooms..when I asked what the problem was she explained “they are in a public space and cannot be there and they could go play in the parking lot.” 8-10 year old boys. stayed 2/16 through 2/20 card was charged but no receipt has ever been provided. I am a gold member and i have tried to call the location and customer support. disconnected twice with no return phone call. i had an authorized user on my room and they charged my card but gave the points to the authorized guest and now can not provide a receipt. the Louisville location offered zero help and the call center has disconnect every time they put me on hold.

Excellent location. Clean. Nice pool and outdoor area. Game area for the kiddos. Breakfast is what you expect, our favorite were the make your own waffles. Love the fact it connects to home2suites for people traveling as a group
