Worst customer service I've ever received im a business owner and a life time diamond member. You could not pay me to stay at this property again. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. The front desk woman was unreasonably rude and nasty.
Absolutely ridiculous to deal with. Do not recommend.
Stay there a few months ago and I had a great stay. Everything was perfect. Staff was good, especially Hannah and Stonnie, there were super kind and friendly. An asset for the hotel.
Everyone was kind and accommodating on the staff, I felt welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious, the towels and TP soft. The included breakfast was normal, but could be improved in both variety and presentation. I was glad to see alert outside security and fencing for the parking area.
