Our stay here deserves a review. We almost always use Hampton Inn as our go to hotel when traveling. We only live an hour and a half away and was going to Louisville to do the Mega Cavern. Decided to make a long night out of it so I got on our Hilton App to see if we could find a Hampton close by. Found this was only 14 minutes from the cavern. The first room we got smelled so bad, I asked for a different room. The second room was a bit better but not great. The beds was HORRIBLE! If you want a nice clean room with a good bed, DON'T STAY HERE!
So far I am not impressed. No Hilton Diamond upgrade. The only chair in my room is a desk chair. I spoke to Sophy later in the day, and she said I should’ve been given a room with a comfortable chair. She let me move to a different room.
I want to preface this review by saying I did not stay at this hotel, they were completely booked up. Also I am not usually one to write reviews, but this deserved one. I had been fighting with Holiday Inn all night over a bedbug issue. I eventually got desperate and began to drive to hotels looking for a room since it was after midnight and no phone operators would tell me about room availability that night.
