I would like to recognize a very professional, ethical, and respectful act by an employee working at this location: Samantha When I called her for help in the beginning, she was kind to me and listened to my concerns and promised to help. Due to the credit card company’s miscommunication, we could not connect or verify but when I spoke with her today, she again showed sympathy and compassion and helped me with my request. I cannot wait to visit next time and thank her in-person. God bless Samantha!
We love this Hampton Inn, Arcadia. But it seems to still be under renovation; the floor moldings in the hallways are still being replaced. Our room was nicely renovated, but the forward shower door is glued in place, which means you will stand in the cold shower stream until the water heats up. We also heard an annoying motor sound in the room as if there were washers or dryers running in the evening above us. That being said, the staff is very friendly.
