Nice staff. Generic location… about 1.5 hours to Rocky Mountain NP. Something was biting us in room 301, specifically in the upholstered chair and bed. Called front desk for Lysol, she said their can was empty. So, we bought some, sprayed chair, bed and carpet that evening. We noticed pets are allowed, so not sure if its fleas or bed bugs. Suggest they vacuum and spray all rooms between guest.
The staff here are exceptional, top notch customer service and an excellent stay!
Very nice folks, great breakfast, clean establishment. Only drawback is that the rooms are very dated and mattresses (stayed 2 different times in 2 different rooms) are worn out.
