I tobi that this is a fabulous hotel the service was wonderful the beds are so comfortable and the breakfast was good. I only wish that is wad a little bit more reasonably priced cause I would get away More often.
I stayed at this location and gave a negative rating, It is important that I report that Hampton Inn responded in a very prompt fashion, investigated and agreed with the legitimacy of my dissatisfaction and issued a full credit of the disputed amount. I had always been satisfied at all my Hampton Inn visits. With this documentation of its integrity I am cancelling a Best Western reservation and going to a Jericho / Westbury only because it is closer for my needs,.
We stayed 1 night with our 2 teenage girls. We were very disappointed with the facility. Our room had popcorn ceiling peeling off. The indoor pool was filthy/cloudy. I don't know when the last time that pool had chemicals put in it. There was no one monitoring the pool as multiple kids in the pool were throwing the dry towels as footballs into the pool. They had the emergency board and rings thrown in the pool. There were no dry towels for my girls to use, thank goodness we brought towels from our room. The hot tube was OUT ... read more

The rooms are nice and spacious. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Best night of sleep ever had in a hotel
Not for Mother's Day brunch. Waitress put the check down in the middle of the meal. food ok :/
