Hilton chain is too minimalist. If you stay more than 1 night, you'll be hard pressed to find a place for your clothes. There is only a three-tiered basket & hangers in the closet. No amenities except facial tissues. Most unacceptable is the unwarranted & surprise parking fee given the hotel parking lot is quite large. Bathroom towels are smaller than expected. I may have to giveup Hilton Honors. The room is spacious & clean.
Checking in was a pleasant experience thanks to Janet who worked hard to make sure we were all taken care of.
