Was not thrilled with my experience at this Hampton inn due to the internet not working. I tried calling the front desk regarding this issue three times and the phone just rang with no answer. I finally went down to the front desk where they told me they had just did some kind of update to the system, but no matter how long it took, the internet never worked except for on the first floor. I sprained my ankle because the elevator was stuck and I didn't know it... they were attentive. The rooms were clean!
Great place to spend time and visit New York City. 😀 The staff is so kind and things are very clean in the rooms and hotel. Free breakfast is enjoyable.
