I have stayed here 2 or 3 times a year. The rooms, service, and breakfast have gone downhill. They are remodeling, so I hope it improves.
Very clean. Friendly staff. Decent free breakfast and nice indoor pool. Had a fridge and microwave in room. Good TV selection. Only gave 4 stars for the rooms section because the bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Also, there were a lot of ants in the bathroom coming out from the wall under the toilet paper holder-we stayed in the studio room #317.
Don’t stay here! They contacted me at 10:37AM the day of my reservation to tell me the room that I booked through Hilton’s app weeks ago was no longer available due to a “water leak”. Instead of upgrading me or offering points as compensation, they downgraded me. The downgrade was going to make for an uncomfortable stay with adult family members sleeping together in queen beds. When we arrived that evening, we found out from the front desk person that it was a lie, and neither he nor the manager knew anything about the call.... read more
