Im not usually one to complain, but this is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. The customer service by Joe is top notch, hes great my grievances come from things outside of his control. Mainly the comfort and freshness of the beds, I am making a 2000 mile trip and this is my first overnight stop. And how disappointing and UNCOMFORTABLE. I am exhausted and cannot sleep. Comfortable bed, room with a bath and shower, fridge, iron. Continental breakfast is standard. We stayed fri-sat, and breakfast went from 6-10. The room temp was set really cold, so I suggest that you check the in room thermostat before crashing. Desk lady was nice, as was the gentleman who was on the phones.
Quiet room, wonderful for sleeping. Staff very friendly and breakfast was tasty.
Clean rooms, close to food and highway but it was quiet. I woukd stay here again and recommend.
Room was clean, breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. Used the laundry room as well and it was coin operated and clean.
