The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent—very close to Loon Mountain Resort for skiing, with many restaurants just a minute away. There was also coffee available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The gym was good, and breakfast offered a nice variety of waffles, bread, oatmeal, eggs, and especially tasty potatoes and a couple of the juice machine options were not working.The swimming pool water was a bit cold but overall ... read more
Nice hotel, As seen in my well taken pictures you can see the high quality pictures of landscaping year round
The room was fine. Breakfast had yogurts that were 3 weeks expired and other questionable items. The temperature in the indoor pool room was set to 72 and they refused to raise it any higher. Front desk associate was rude and basically walked away as we were talking to her.
