We had a long stay at the Hampton Inn Thanksgiving-Lehi, Utah and it was fantastic. The front desk ladies, Yelena and Martina, were always friendly and super helpful and customer service oriented. Big thanks as well to the head of housekeeping and her team for their effort. The hotel team hospitality and service really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel.
I had the greatest experience with this hotels customer service! The day after I checked out, I realized I had left some personal items in my room. I called the hotel and Nichole, at the front desk, quickly checked for the items and called me back informing me she found them. I don't live close by, but I let her know my sister did and could pick my things up from the hotel.
