After a mixup with rooms and requesting to be away from the elevators, Rochelle at the front desk was fantastic and handled it quickly and with a smile on her face. She continued to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we were happy with our room. This location is close to the Rock Chalk Sports Center and we stayed there for volleyball. Would recommend this hotel to others.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for four nights. The room was very clean, and having coffee available 24 hours a day made the stay even more comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. For example, I accidentally left my winter coat in the room after checking out. They kindly called me right away, and since I was already at the airport, they quickly arranged to mail it to me. I truly appreciated how fast and thoughtful their response was.
