Stanley provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to help ensure our stay was comfortable. Loved that the gym had a Peloton bike. Knocking off a star simply because we were unable to open the window for fresh air in our room.
Hampton you are very blessed to have Stanley on your team. He was a breath of fresh air. It was a joy to have such a wonderful conversation on the last night of my stay. I cannot thank him enough. A+ customer service.

Chase went out of his way to help us out, he even offered to help us if we got lost on the way to the hotel! We even originally turned down the room and then called back to book it. After having a few nights at some particularly noisy hotels he assured us that our room was in the quietest part of the building even though they were super busy and short on rooms.
